The goal of our training center is to make more customers understand the performance, parts, operation and maintenance of Shantui products, and to utilize and maintain machinery properly, thereby ensuring that machines are always in optimal condition and operate with the highest work efficiency. The training center has established different series of training courses in order to satisfy different customers'requirements.

The Training Center Regularly Trains Our Agencies, Customers, and Staff  to Provide Better Service for The Customer.
In order to understand the performance, parts, operation and maintenance of Shantui products, and to utilize and maintain machinery properly, thereby ensuring that machines are always in optimal condition and operate with the highest work efficiency, Shantui has established a first-rate technical training center in Jining's development zone, which regularly trains customers, agencies, and staff of Shantui.


Training Responsibility

● All agency service managers are charged with the training of customers in their area and the training of their service people in order to improve their business ability. All agency service managers must fully understand the performance, structure, maintenance, service, partial repairs and heavy repairs of Shantui products, while staying focused on product improvements and understanding the related changes to machinery and service methods.

All Shantui service personnel must fully understand the performance, structure, maintenance, service, partial repairs and heavy repairs of Shantui products, while staying focused on product improvements and understanding the related changes to machinery and service methods, keeping up to date on development of new products, and obtaining feedback on the service provided by their agencies.

The Necessity of Training
● Improve customer satisfaction: Training can help the customer get acquainted with their machine and operate it properly. It can help service and sales people to provide better service to better satisfy customers.
● Master new product service: Training for new products must be given, including sales and service training, to help agents, customers, and company staff fully grasp relevant knowledge as early as possible, and to launch the products in the market as soon as possible.
● Improving abilities: The business ability of the service and sales people needs to constantly improve through study and training.
● New staff training: Recruitment of new staff is the necessary as old staff retire, and to expand our business scope. However, the business ability and relevant knowledge of new staff is near zero, so training is crucial.

Trainers
● Discovering and introducing new teachers: Teachers-in-training are selected from among our service personnel, and those with the richest experience in our company will be chosen first. Our trainer selection is very strict, and all our trainers can transform their practical experience into theoretical knowledge then use this knowledge to accurately and clearly provide training. Our advanced teachers all have rich teaching experience, and are thus able to grasp the key points in a course and use their teaching skills to impart these to students. When necessary, we do recruit special trainers from other companies.

● Theoretical training classrooms: 2 theoretical training teaching areas, each capable of holding nearly 100 people.
● Practical skills site: Disassembly and assembly of main parts of Shantui products.
● Factory: On-site training about completed machines.
● Supplementary teaching tools.
